Her due date is here, but she's not!!

Here it is, her due date...

(Bags are all packed) Right now I'm awake finishing the last finally touches of everything, including packing, cleaning, and trying to put my head at ease.
I went to the doctor yesterday, and was told I that I still haven't dilated, and I may need to be induced on Thursday. I'm kind of sceptical on that due to the fact I'm not at ease on taking drugs. We'll see if it is necessary as the day comes.
Tony and I have spent our little bit of time as newly weds going to the beach, seeing a movie, and going out to eat one last time before her arrival. It's been pretty special. God has blessed us a lot with being able to share this time together in being able to be husband and wife.

(These days will never be forgotten!!)

Right now I want to take the time to thank all my friends and family for everything that they've done for us. We've been truly blessed with everything from support, clothes, baby items, and just peace of mind that everything is going to be OK.

Well I must try and get to bed now, due to the fact I may be going into labor soon who knows, LMAO. If I do my baby will share her Great Grandfathers birthday Rodriego Hurtado!! Happy Birthday to you!!!

Well another appointment come and gone. Thank God everything is ok at this time. These appointments seem to be getting longer and longer every time I go to them, or something is not right with billing and all that jazz. I can't wait to be able just to have to take the baby, and I don't have to be probed around...ha ha.

Well I made it to work a little late, and my co workers gave me and the baby a basket of goodies. It was so sweet, it made me cry. Once I get home I'll take a picture of it and post it to my blog, along with some pictures of the crochet stuff my Nana made for the baby, including a baby blanket, dress, and little booties. Sleep....

So I’ve been warned, from friends and family that this time would come….The no sleep plan. It’s actually pretty fun in a way to see my baby move around and try and get comfortable. I’m waiting to see an actual hand print, but I’ve seen many elbows, or feet. My belly button has now become a button, and if you need to press it, I’m charging 5 cents for each push. Hah ha, just playing. I’ve also been experiencing a lot more dreams lately about her, it’s amazing how real they are. I just wonder if she’s able to see my dreams as well. Whelp that’s all I have to share for today.

Yes, she is a girl, an actual human being inside me, moves, kicks, and has senses. It's amazing....being able to carry I live human being, my own flesh and blood, a piece of my partner, the connection that can never be lost. It's just amazing. My baby was stretching, doing somersaults, and just having a grand ol time in my stomach. It was really something to see. I can't wait to actually see her in person, it will be a magical time. Here are is her first profile image ^_^

Oh and Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there. Hope you had a special day.

She's a girl!!!!!

Just left the docs office and found out she's a she!!! he he. I'm so excited, scared, nervous, and concerned for her!! Life, boys, future, and so much more, all the stuff any parent would worry some about!!! I will be having a MINI ME!!! How exciting, so many things I want for her, but she will have her own mind, it scares me. I don't want to be a parent that lives out my dreams in her. I want her to make her own decisions and become and develop who she wants to be, where she wants to go...as long as its the right path!! Now its time to pick out a NAME!!!!!! So far I like,
Ariel, Lana, and Angelina. If you have any suggestions let me know!!!! ^_^ Woot, woot onward into our little adventure!!

P.S.
I will be posting those interesting b/w ultra sound pictures. She was trying to do somersaults in my stomach, and we didn't get a great side/profile shot, but its OK. She's very lengthy =p just like her mommy^_^

I dont know if i really felt the baby but if the books say it feels like butterflies in my stomach than i probably did. How exciting! =)

By the time your baby is born, body fat will make up about two-thirds of his or her weight (and will make all those chubby parts especially yummy). Your baby is almost certainly listening up by now. In fact, loud noises — the dog barking, the doorbell ringing — will actually startle your baby (and also get him or her used to such noises; for instance, fetuses who regularly hear a dog barking will become babies who sleep right through Fido's outbursts). Your baby's eyes (which have fortunately finished their migration to the front of his or her head) are making small side-to-side movements and can even perceive some light, though the eyelids are still sealed. Isn't this awesome my baby can hear, is practicing swallowing, and is about 5 inches!!! I'm just excited. Hopefully this cold will go away soon though. =(

We will find out that it's a "Girl" hehe. Finally getting the ultra sound I believe, and hope and pray! We'll see. I'll be happy either way if he/she is a girl or boy, still will be my little Angel. Well gotta go to work, just wanted to share.

Hearing the baby's heartbeat!!!!!

On the 31st last month I finally got to hear this little creation that is getting developed inside of me. It was a very emotional time for both my boyfriend and I. We both took a moment and shed a tear, it was a beautiful moment. Hearing the heartbeat was an eyeopener aswell for us. Now we're getting more prepared with collecting items we're gonna need for when the baby is born, and I'm eating a little bit more healthier. We've recently picked up a couple of books aswell. We hope to be the best parents that we can be for our child, and we're sooooooooo nervous...@_@ I guess we'll see where this rollar coaster will take us soon enough ^_^

The change in others when they know you are pregnant.

After telling everyone that I am pregnant I’ve received many different reactions. Having friends now be there for me, and who are concerned, but before really didn’t care. Then I have the ones that treat me as if I am handicapped. “Oh no, you can’t do this or this…let me get this for you.” Or there are the ones that care, but don’t really care and pretend to care. I don’t know if it’s just me, since I’m more sensitive to every little thing, but what ever it is it’s got me a little moody. I know I had been MIA since I didn’t hadn’t have a phone or the internet so I thank all my friends who are there and caring for me, even when I really wasn’t in contact as much as I used too. Whelp I’m going to get going now. Working on my business plan for two businesses Ii want to create, which I will let you know soon. Take care and God bless everyone reading.

Realizing I'm Going to be a Mother

I just woke up from taking a nap after getting up @ 6am to get ready to do errands in preperation of finances for the baby, and services that I would need. As I woke up I pulled out this book that my mom bought for me

It's really cute, and I love the pictures and cute quotes. I'm a very visual person so it attracted me most of the cute images. But after I got finished reading it, I sat their mesmorized and in a daze and asked myself, " am I really having a child?", "this is serious, a living being is inside of me making its leap at life" and this is when i broke down and started crying. Thats when I decided to blog about it, and see if anyone else is going through or has gone through it?

I recently found out that I was pregnant, and it was kinda hard to accept at first. I became very emotional due to the fact I know I’m not financially, emotionally, career wise, and more not ready. A lot of prayers and soul searching to get me to the point where I am, accepting everything happens for a reason, and this could be a blessing in disguise. Now that I’ve been accepting this fact I’ve searched on the internet a lot of helpful baby networking sites. The one site I’m fixated on now is called MyPregnancy.com It has a community, message boards, show’s stats on how big your baby is, and everything you need to know by age or stage of your pregnancy. Well for now I’m just hoping and praying for a healthy baby, this will be my first child, first experience into motherhood.
